FZS is looking for a candidate to fill a development role in project design, management, monitoring and evaluation. Qualification Level: Masters Experience Level: Management level Experience Length: 2 years

FZS is looking for a Tanzania Programme Grants Officer (TPGO)  at its Africa Regional Office (ARO) in Arusha, Tanzania, to strenghten project design, management, monitoring and evaluation. The role would suit a recent masters graduate or someone with equivalent experience who is looking to develop further his/her experience in this field. The TPGO will liaise with the all FZS Tanzania project senior staff and others within the Africa Regional Office involved in developing and managing donor funded projects.

TERMS

This post has been created as an entry level development post within the Frankfurt Zoological Society Tanzania Country Programme.  Benefits generally include emergency medical insurance, ~30 days leave, a housing allowance and a pension contribution. This full-time position will be based in Arusha, but will require regular travel to projects in Tanzania and potentially elsewhere.  An initial contract of one years will be offered, subject to a completion of a successful probation period.
