International HR Software Roll Out Coordinator (gn)

HQ: Frankfurt, Zoologische Gesellschaft Frankfurt von 1858 e.V., Human Resources, HQ Employee, full-time, 2-5 years of experience

About The Project

The international roll-out of the HR software, Personio, is a key step to improving how we manage and develop talent across our project countries. By aligning workflows and improving data management, this project aims to enhance collaboration and efficiency across teams operating in diverse regions, from Africa to South America and South East Asia. This step will help our teams focus on what matters most — protecting wildlife and ecosystems.

About the Position

As the International HR Software Roll-Out Coordinator (gn), you will lead the implementation of our HR Software, Personio, across our global project countries, tailoring the software to local needs while maintaining global standards. Working closely with our country teams, you’ll provide training, support, and guidance to ensure the system’s successful adoption. This role is central to aligning HR processes worldwide and empowering our teams.

Your Tasks

  • Project Management: Create and oversee detailed implementation plans for each country, covering timelines, milestones, resource needs, and budgets. Ensure seamless execution by coordinating with relevant departments, country leads, and stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for international country teams and HR colleagues. Facilitate alignment between global standards and country-specific requirements, while keeping senior leadership and stakeholders regularly updated.
  • Software Configuration: Customize the software to adhere to global standards, incorporating localized adjustments as needed to comply with labor laws and data protection regulations in each country.
  • Capacity Building: Design and deliver training programs tailored to diverse roles and regions, using a ‘train-the-trainer’ approach to scale knowledge and ensure consistent use of the software across all locations.
  • Post roll out support: Provide hands-on support after implementation, addressing user questions, resolving system issues, and reviewing project outcomes to drive continuous improvement and learning.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience managing international software roll-outs, preferably HR systems (Personio experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and budget oversight.
  • Proficiency in training diverse teams on software applications, with a willingness to travel internationally.
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of German, Spanish, or French is an advantage).
  • A genuine passion for nature and an understanding of the importance of its protection.

We Offer

  • A meaningful role at the forefront of global conservation, where your work contributes to protecting wilderness areas worldwide.
  • A dynamic, motivated team environment.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and training.
  • Flexible working options, including remote work within limits.
  • Job-Ticket, Corporate Pension Scheme, and 30 days of vacation annually.
  • The opportunity to explore and support some of the world’s most remarkable wild places.

This is initially a one-year contract with the possibility of extension based on the roll-out’s progress and ongoing needs.
